The House system aims to give students an identity and sense of pride in a supportive, secure environment. The Houses provide for positive competition and a closer rapport between students and teachers. They also aim to help new staff and students adapt to the culture of Countryside International School.
Countryside International School has the name of Four Vedas as its House Names. The word Veda is derived from the root word, “vid” meaning to know, thus, Veda means knowledge. It is written in such a manner that an ordinary person can understand the preaching. CIS aspires to imbibe in their Students the Knowledge of Team spirit, learning to Collaborate with others. The Houses are based on our theme of Tradition. Each house will impart some Principles of Life, leading for the general development of the Students.
